Kawasaki KX250F to 270 Kit Is Now Ready!
Today, June 19, 2005 final testing was conducted on the all new big bore kit for the Kawasaki KX250F. The Yamaha Dealer Series hosted by Glen Helen was the perfect venue to push the motor to its full potential under race conditions. Mark Kalpakoff from the R and D department put the potent KXF through two rigorous motos. After passing with flying colors the new kit is now going to hit the shelves. The basic kit features the Big Bore Pro-X Piston and a L.A.SLEEVE Racing Sleeve, which brings the final displacement up to 270 cc. Also, L.A.SLEEVE in collaboration with Crower Power Racing Cams offers an all-new cam set for the KXF. The new Big Bore complemented by the Crower Cam makes the KXF absolutely rip in any gear.
